Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions shall form the basis of the contractual relationship between ViSH and its customers. It is extremely important that our customers understand and accept these Terms and Conditions and quotes, schedules and relevant communication of our travel consultants.

1. Payment
Deposit and final payment
A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of contracted services will be required at time of booking. The remaining payment should be made one month (30 days) before the start of services. If the trip is booked within 15 days before departure for your tour of China, 100% is required as a deposit.
The receipt of payment or deposit of part or all of the services contracted will indicate that you have read, understood and accepted each and all of the Terms and Conditions.
In the event that extra services are requested once the initial program has already started and not contracted at the beginning, or customers want to change or add other expenses, those will be billed separately in a final invoice of "extraordinary expenses" to be paid in cash before the return customer.

Payment Methods:
1. Bank transfer for the initial deposit, the outstanding payments or full payment.
2. Cash

Important! Traveler's checks, company checks and personal checks are not accepted.
ViSH prices quoted in RMB, and only RMB is accepted as payment currency.

2. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation Policy
We would deeply regret the client’s decision to cancel the trip to China. If this were the circumstances, the cancellation policy would be based on the following points:
1. Cancellations received up to 1 month before the start of services: 90% refund of all money paid (with restrictions if specified in the program chosen).
2. Cancellations received between day 29 and day 15 before the start of services: 50% refund of the tour price plus the cost of cancellation.
3. Cancellations received between day 14 and day 0 before departure: 0% refund of the tour price. If the client does not show the tour or any of the contracted services will be charged 100% of the total cost of travel, if applicable.
After travel has commenced, there will be no refund of any amount for unused services, exit or end early or late arrival.
In case of cancellation we will refund (through bank transfer minus bank transfer costs), any payment made to ViSH(except the cancellation fee applies) within 15 days of receiving your written cancellation request.

3. Alteration of the itinerary
Any alteration in your itinerary before the start of services will be performed if conditions permit and, if there are specific cost of changes they will be your responsibility. This includes all fees and payments to third parties such as carriers, cruise operators, airlines, hotels, etc.

4. Travel documents
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and visas or permits the commencement of travel. All these documents are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your travel consultant can help you apply for travel documents upon request.ViSH assume no responsibility for the fact that customers do not get the proper documentation.

5. Health Requirements
Customers must take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to areas which they intend to visit. The customer is solely responsible when the security check, vaccines and other medical requirements by the government in the countries visited or transited.

Insurance
A private insurance policy casualty or accident (without insurance) will be contracted by ViSH under the name of the customer before the start of services. The insurance company will hold any liability in case of accident or casualty. In any case ViSH will hold any responsibility.
If the client refuses to contract the insurance no complains nor will demands be address to ViSH for any accident.
ViSH strongly recommend private medical insurance with international coverage in your country before departure.
NO expense for medical treatment or hospitalization will be covered by SHIV.

6. Complaints and Claims
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any service that has provided ViSH, please notify our team to avoid the possibility that similar problems recur during your trip.
In the case of a complaint or a claim for compensation this must be informed by email, regular mail or fax within 15 days from the end of their journey. Relevant receipts and relevant evidence must be attached to the letter of complaint. ViSH not be liable for any claims made within a period of time than indicated in the above paragraph

7. Communications
ViSH may be contacted via email, fax or telephone. If for some reason you do not get any response from ViSH about the conditions of their services within 48 hours from the time the application for reservation, modification or cancellation of a visit, please contact the team to SHIV This email address is being protected from spambots. 8. Disclaimer
ViSH provides tourist information and organization of circuits in China. ViSH  is not be liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided.
ViSH will not be liable for any negligence or fraudulent use of any equipment provided by suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by ViSH.
ViSH will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in whole or in part, caused by weather conditions, the strength of the sea, deterioration or breakage of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars declared or not, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical activities or customs regulations, terrorist, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond the control of ViSH. Nor ViSH nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries is or may be liable of any additional costs for liability due to any of the mentioned causes during the tour.
ViSH is not responsible for the failure of clients with customs regulations.
ViSH is not responsible for lost or stolen items of value to any client or personal property due to negligence of the customer.
ViSH reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, routes, or to cancel the trip before departure. If any trip is canceled before the start of the tour, VISH is responsible for a full refund of money received by the customer or a change of course in the same or more conditions to the contracted tour.
Some of the ViSH tour packages include activities that require care and attention, where clients will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities undertaken are done at your own risk. ViSH, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any actions or events that occur after employees have exercised their duty and acted with due diligence.
ViSH reserves the right to modify or repeal the terms and conditions in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.

9. Modification or termination of service
ViSH reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to customers who act illegally or otherwise objectionable to its employees and agents, including offensive or obscene conduct or racially or sexually offensive acts.
